End Of Year Summary 2023

As the basketball season comes to a close, it's time to reflect on the remarkable journeys of our teams. The U14Bteam displayed incredible determination and skill throughout the season, coming so close to the finalrounds.While they just missed out on that coveted spot, their dedication and hard work were truly commendable.

Our Men's B-grade team fought valiantly in the semi-finals, facing a tough battle with only five players available. Despite their best efforts, they fell short with a final score of 36-48. It was a testament to their dedication and determination on the court.

The U14G team, in their very first season together and for some, their first experience with basketball, showed tremendous growth and improvement. Their progress on the court was evident, and it's exciting to think about what they can achieve in the seasons to come.

But let's talk about the U10 team – an absolute joy to watch! Their enthusiasm, energy, and love for the game were infectious. These young players brought smiles to our faces and reminded us why we all fell in love with basketball in the first place. The future is undoubtedly bright for this talented group.

Now, turning our attention to the U12 division, the D2 team had an exceptional season, finishing with a remarkable 11-1 record and securing a well-deserved grand final victory. They can proudly call themselves the Champs of their division, a testament to their hard work and dedication.

As for the U12 D1 team, they left everything on the court and achieved something truly extraordinary. They defeated the mighty Dolphins, a team that hadn't lost a game in two seasons, with a nail-biting score of 25-24. This victory crowned them as the U12 D1 Champs, and it's a moment they'll cherish forever.

We want to take this opportunity to express our immense pride and gratitude to all the players, parents, and coaches. Your unwavering commitment, countless hours of practice, and sacrifices of weekends and weekdays did not go unnoticed.
